Pre-Construction & Design Phase
We start by reviewing your architectural plans and developing a detailed scope of work. This phase includes budget estimation and timeline scheduling to ensure a smooth transition into construction. We also offer in-house interior design and architectural services.
Construction Phase
After reviewing or designing architectural plans, detailing scope of work, budgeting and signing off on the project, we work with the local city building department to submit application, obtain permit approval, provide notice of commencement and begin demolition and construction. We work closely hand in hand to ensure a seamless process from opening to closing permits and remaining compliant with building code and ordinances.
Post-Construction Phase
Once your project is complete, we provide seamless aftercare and support. Even after your warranty period, our team is just a call away to assist with any needs.
